Thomas Washington's writing appears or is forthcoming in The Chronicle of Higher Education, The Antioch Review, The New England Review, The Massachusetts Review, The Washington Post, and Salon, among other publications. He received honorable mention in Best American Essays 2005. He is a 2008 Yaddo fellow. Thomas Washington lives in Washington, DC, where he is head librarian at the Potomac School and adjunct faculty member at Catholic University's Graduate School of Library and Information Science.
